When we became interested in the property at 14 Herons Nest, Sewall's Point, Fl., we contacted Candace Harman to arrange a showing. Right from the moment we entered the property until the closing on June 15, 2018, Candace's expertise as a realtor was evident. She was readily available, asked all the right questions and made sure we understood the entire process. Not only was she present during all of the inspections, she scheduled necessary appointments and intervened with the owner when issues began to develop. Had it not been for Candace's positive attitude, skills at problem solving and calm demeanor our closing came very close to being cancelled due to choices made by the home owner which did not agree with the written contract. We are very grateful to have had Candace's support throughout the process. She helped make it possible for us to own the house of our dreams.

During the six month process of buying and selling our homes, Candace did not only excel in her performance as our realtor but became a very good friend.
